These terms govern your use of Monday Brief, provided by Monday Brief. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Monday Brief reads deal data from your CRM using credentials you supply and produces a weekly summary. The brief is generated by fixed rules from your CRM data; it is a management aid, not a guarantee of any forecast or outcome. You are responsible for checking its contents before acting on them.
Your account and CRM access
You must have authority to connect the CRM account you provide. Keep your password and tokens secure. You can revoke our access at any time by deleting the private app or regenerating your API token in your CRM.
Trial, billing and cancellation
Plans are $39/month (up to 10 reps) and $79/month (up to 25 reps), billed monthly in advance through Stripe after a 14-day free trial. If you cancel before the trial ends you are not charged. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; service continues until the end of the paid period and then your data is deleted. Fees already paid are not refunded except where required by law.
Acceptable use
Don't misuse the service, attempt to access other customers' data, or resell it without permission.
Availability and changes
We aim to deliver every brief on time but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change these terms or prices with 30 days' notice by email.
Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
