This policy explains what Monday Brief ("we") collects when you use Monday Brief and what we do with it.

What we collect

• Account data: your name, email address, and a salted hash of your password (we never store the password itself).
• CRM token: the HubSpot private-app token or Pipedrive API token you provide, encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM.
• Deal snapshots: once a week (and when you click "Generate"), we read your open deals and store each deal's ID, name, amount, stage, close date, owner, forecast category and last-modified time, plus your CRM users' names, IDs and email addresses. We do not read or store contacts, companies, emails, notes, calls or files.
• Settings: team name, time zone, quota, and any rep email addresses you enter for Friday nudges.
• Billing: payments are handled by Stripe. We receive your Stripe customer ID and subscription status; we never see your full card number.

How we use it

Only to produce and deliver your weekly brief, run optional Friday nudge emails to the reps you list, bill you, and contact you about your account. We do not sell data or use it for advertising, and we do not use your CRM data to train AI models.

Mailing list

When you sign up, we add your name and email to our customer list in ActiveCampaign so we can send account and product updates. You can unsubscribe from any such email.

Service providers

Vercel (hosting and storage, United States), Stripe (payments), ActiveCampaign (customer email list), and an email delivery provider when email sending is enabled.

Retention and deletion

When your subscription ends, or when you delete your account from the account page, we delete your account record, CRM token, snapshots and briefs from our storage. Stripe and ActiveCampaign keep their own records under their policies; email us to request removal there too.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion at any time by emailing hello@usemondaybrief.com.
